I just wanted to tell that I haven't received any update regarding my package , I want the parcel must be delivered asap

I bought some clothes from you, but seeing the clothes, it's small with low quality, i have to return it back, but you said my return will not be granted, i don't know the reason, when I am returning it,the return numbers of all the items are the same, it don't suppose to be like that, Amazon is not like that, please you need to do something or i will go to my bank and call my money back

I'm trying to find a way to contact Etsy to report a case but since hours i can't find any way to do that, tel and chat is not working, the eMal "support@***.com" is not valid anymore (redirects to Help-Center) and the forums are not usable for buyers!

Also, i can't even open a case because Etsy ignores all my conversations with the seller! (to open a case, you need 1st a conversation with the seller)

I just want to report a shop which selling things in a very low quality (making much money) and working against Etsy's policies! but nope, no way to report this, unbelievable!

I have got scammed and somebody ordered lots of stuff from my account! Please block it and undo Andy transaction!

some days ago, i got order and i verify my bank account and everything was ok

three days ago, i opened my account i saw that writing( Your shop is in vacation mode) and i send my documents and all what need to prove that is me and what i seal is legal but still i sis not get any informations from or email from Etsy , please i want get back my shop again because if there is any mistakes let me know it please

the German trader hides his contact. Still, I send the retun of my requested item with billing 266974****.

I have not received any anwer and I would ,ike you to initiate an immediate refund on my cc-card. Otherwise I will notify this behaviour to our German legal departments.

Problem resolved, etsy was not at fault for the problem it was user error on my behalf, used wrong email address

I ordered a Leader Jacket from artzonebyak in your Etsy Shop. The Date of Ordering was the 28.

Nov. in 2022. I still miss this Order, but payed it direkctly. So I have a Debit from 137,45$, but no product.

Alina Konaina, the owner of artzonebyak sent me a message, i should send her my Mobile Number that she could send me the Product.

Since that happend, I never heard from her! Pleas help me to get back my Money!

I didnt bought an articke about 78 via Klarna and I Dont selling something .
