This company is a shame. They closed my shop, which I do not want to comment on in any way.
If they think it's the right decision, so be it. But as stated in their policies, they are allowed to hold back my money (which was remaining in my Etsy payment account) for 180 days (if customers of my shop are claiming their money back).
It's been one year now, so double the time. And Etsy is still not answering my emails or refunding my money.

Just what the title says. It's happened twice to me now that etsys automated refunds system gave a full refund of money back to buyers who HAD received what they had ordered, and the system fraudulently marked these orders as not fulfilled or not delivered - even though this isn't what the customer reported.
In each case they merely reported late delivery or late seller response (late here meaning three days instead of one). In Europe it is normal to wait up to a week for a vendors response and several weeks for delivery. But Etsy punishes us with a 100% loss for failing to live up to what I can only assume are US standards of messaging and parcel delivery. The latter thing is utterly beyond any sellers control!
Etsy won't speak to sellers nor do they give us ant option to appeal.
This is nothing less than theft.
What would you do if you lost one hundred percent of the value of your business each time your messages and post were delayed Etsy?

Fix your broken automated refunds system. It is criminally unjust.

Twice now Etsy had refunded a customer who had their goods delivered late. Etsys automated refund service issues these refunds without any human intervention or oversight.
And in both cases the reason was fraudulently stated as non delivery. This is nothing less than theft. I can understand a partial refund for late services but expecting sellers to pay out of our pockets for delivery that turns out to run late for reasons we cannot control is so unprofessional and so cruel, it makes me weep. I have no choice but to remove all refund and exchange options since having them is a liability that could render me penniless.
Get your legalities up to speed Etsy. If I have to act like a real business, so do you.

I'm trying to find a way to contact Etsy to report a case but since hours i can't find any way to do that, tel and chat is not working, the eMal "support@***.com" is not valid anymore (redirects to Help-Center) and the forums are not usable for buyers!
Also, i can't even open a case because Etsy ignores all my conversations with the seller! (to open a case, you need 1st a conversation with the seller)
I just want to report a shop which selling things in a very low quality (making much money) and working against Etsy's policies! but nope, no way to report this, unbelievable!

Problem resolved, etsy was not at fault for the problem it was user error on my behalf, used wrong email address
Missed order
I ordered a Leader Jacket from artzonebyak in your Etsy Shop. The Date of Ordering was the 28.
Nov. in 2022. I still miss this Order, but payed it direkctly. So I have a Debit from 137,45$, but no product.
Alina Konaina, the owner of artzonebyak sent me a message, i should send her my Mobile Number that she could send me the Product.
Since that happend, I never heard from her! Pleas help me to get back my Money!
